  1. Missing purchased editions or subscription is not available
    • Tap “Restore Purchases” from the navigation menu, that usually does the trick.
  2. Can’t login to my app account
    • You can reset you password by tapping “Forgot Password?” in the “Account” view. The account in the app is separate to for example the account in Chasing Silver web site and online shop. It’s also not mandatory for the app to function, but it can be helpful in different occasions.
  3. How can I transfer my purchases from iOS to Android or vice versa?
    • First, you need to have an account in the app. If not, create one in the device from which you have originally purchased your editions. Then login with the same account to the new device and tap “Restore Purchases” from the navigation menu.
